Q: How many properties will be listed on your site?
A: Only 500 properties will be on the site at any given time. Once 500 properties are accepted, future owners who want to advertise will be put on a waiting list and be notified when an opening occurs. Many advertising sites have 1000’s upon 1000’s of properties to choose from making it hard to find your property. With only 500 properties to choose from and separated into specific categories, yours becomes very easy to find.
Q: What condo categories are available?
A: There are 3 categories: 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom.
Q: How will clients find me?
A: We have secured numerous search engine keywords that clients use when searching for a condo in Puerto Vallarta. Those specific and highly targeted keywords will take a client directly to our site where they can easily find your property.
Q: Will I be able to communicate directly with prospective clients?
A: YES. Your contact information will be displayed and clients will be able to contact you directly. Likewise you will be able to contact the client directly. Unlike many sites we do not “prevent or hide†owners and clients information, forcing them to communicate through the website.
Q: Am I penalized if I don't respond within a certain time? Do you show my response rate?
A: Absolutely not, we think that is ridiculous. Many advertising sites now display your response time % to potential clients. A low response rate could imply that you don't take inquiries very serious. We know you respond quickly and want to make you look good. We will never display a response rate.
Q: How difficult is it for me to add my property to the site?
A: That’s the beauty of the site. We have made it very user friendly and even a first time advertiser will be pleasantly surprised how easy we have made it.
Q: How do I make changes to my page?
A: You will have a user name and password to login. Select the area that you want to make the change, save it and it’s done. Owners will be very pleased with the ease of making changes. You are in control of everything. You will upload your pictures, establish your rates, enter your description, location and maintain your calendar.
Q: Will my page accept credit cards?
A: This is one of the advantages of listing your property with us. We have entered into an agreement with a major credit card processing company. Q: Do you take a percentage of the booking amount?
A: No, we do not charge any fees. All funds go directly to you.
Q: What is the cost for an annual subscription?
A: $300.00 USD per year per property.
